    hello

    i'm opening my online store but i found that the shipping price is high and some times higher than the price of the product.

    so what do you think which is better to add the shipping price to the product price and show that it is free shipping. or keep the orginal price and apply shipping fees.

    If you where the customer what do you prefer?

    thankyou

    personally, transparency in the shipping cost is what i look for, i.e showing the customer that your are passing through costs;

    The whole $1 for the item and $600 for "shipping and handling" really annoys me on ebay. Your situation is a little different, but I personally think showing the shipping cost is the better option.

    That way you can do an offer where if you spend more than x, the shipping could be waived?

    Cheers
    Paul

    Actually depends on what kind of product it is. If it has high competition for prices? Otherwise people like to see some nice offer like free shipping etc.

    i still think no shipping fees is good but only if you can get and sustain the traffic.
