There are lots of good threads in this part of the forum, read on each of them. There is no bullet proof method for all the methods you mentioned.

You would want to diversify and TEST to know the results for yourself. No one is going to help do the SEO for you.

Any of those methods could be good, or be risky. It's all about the individual service rather than the "method" used.

In my experience you cannot beat high PR contextual homepage links.

A lot of it depends on your goals. High quality homepage posts are better for long term. Tiered could go both ways depending on quality of the tiers. High PR text links are typically for churn n burn but can be good longterm if you know how to avoid penalties.

High PR posts if the posts won't eventually roll off the homepage. If they will, then high PR links comes first and tiered links keep their 3rd position.

If you really think about it, there is not much difference in each of them. The whole web is tried link building. If a page has PR it is due to links pointing to it (internal i.e. from the same domain or external links).

In tiered link building you are trying to build some authority / PR to the pages you have freshly built and are linking to your site. When you by high PR posts or homepage posts on high PR sites, you are trying to use some of the work that has already been done in the past for that pages either naturally by citations or by someone else.

All would be good, so why not mix them up instead of getting a single link type across all of your sites?

For safety i think they all could be used under the correct circumstance. If it's a newish site i would do tiered link building then once the site is a bit older then start adding High pr links to your tiers 1's then to your money site. But! If it is a old site then i would start adding High pr links to your T1's. But like other's have said, use your own way and see what works best for you. Mix and matching along side testing will gain you top results.

Thanks to all but in think tiers link building is safer , because when you buy high page rank links , you should pay monthly for have it , and any time this is possible that you loss it .

About high PR homepage posts , it is like high page rank links , you pay money to have post in high page rank blogs and any time this is possible that you
    loss your link .

But in tier link building , you are making web 2.0 blog posts in high page rank blog providers like wordpress or weebly or tumblr . and about 1 % maybe
your blog be removed . tiers link building with social signals from Google plus , facebook and twitter can be safe and strong .

    sorry for bad english :)
