First 3 weeks into my 50 homepage links + buffer and my keywords have all seen a nice increase. Really satisfied so far and I'm looking forward to the upcoming months. You guys should really work up your site. The subscription function is very broken and it's been a year. Whenever i tried to renew my subscription it always double the order and the only thing to make it work is called you guy or cancel the subscription and then resub.

Cancel and resub is a lot of work for me since i have more than 10 subscription with you guys, asking you guys sometime not work at all.

Hope it get fixed soon.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. The issue you are speaking of only occurs when a subscription fails to automatically renew as a result of insufficient funds or incorrect billing configuration on your end. Unfortunately, PayPal is not very specific with what the issue is on the customer's side when a subscription fails to renew so it is difficult for us to troubleshoot it accurately. As for the bug you are talking about when trying to manually resubscribe, this is a problem with Gravity Forms. We have already notified the developer of this bug multiple times and he has promised to release a fix in a future update, but it has indeed been taking a while. We will be contacting the developer again.
