High paying free sign up programs?

I used to do a program that went as high as $9 per free sign up, depending on volume. Then that closed down, but there was another one for the same pay out. I did it with that e-whoring method. Anyway, the first time I did the new program I noticed that the sign up sheet was quite long, so I just told the people that they could type in a load of random bullshit. 'N they must have all just put in "kdajkgkjasdjta" as their name and stuff, so I got suspended.

Does anyone know of any other high paying free sign up programs? Say, $5 and above? I'll gladly trade info of the program I used to do for it, it's UK traffic only though.
