Hide Clickbank Affiliate Link

I am using 301 domain forwarding to promote clickbank products.

So "mydomain.com" redirects to http://[destination].com/?hop=[myID]

How do I alter this so that people get sent to http://[destination].com but dont see [myID] so easily? I still want the hops to be tracked but i dont want people seeing my affiliate ID. Is there some solution?
