Look....you cannot buy 100k backlinks for $10. And further more, after you pay this guy, and he scams your or doesn't deliver....you are going to create another worthless thread about how you got scammed. This makes going down the forum trying to read the quality threads a little more difficult thus wasting our time.

Borrow $60 and buy Scrapbox or an Xrumer blast from someone reputable.
 
you should definitely do it. In fact, I would go for the full 1mil links, give him 100 bucks. Go after the keyword "google" and see if you can get number 1.

you need to know what types of links he is going to deliver if he is going to provide any report or any contact information.
ask him a sample or share that person contact info here so that others can buy

I am ready to go for this deal....

Hmmm, I'd be a bit suspicious of this. If you go ahead, just make sure you spread it around your Tier 2 and Tier 3 sites, and not directly to your money site.
