I am looking for Windows VPS with Remote Desktop with 1000+ GB of monthly bandwidth (as much bandwidth as possible) and with minimum 5 IP addresses within the price range of $50/month (may be little more), buyable by my credit card.

Plz tell me the website from where to buy the above hosting ?

You might be better served to just get a VPS from the best host that will allow huge traffic spikes or high smtp levels and then get a third party addon for the remote login. Should be easy to find, or just outsource it.
