You need to tell your proxy provider what you will use the proxies for so they can give you the right proxies.

The proxies you have most likely have been used on IG before which is why your accounts are being lost.

    Hello,
You are looking for Instagram proxies so it is most recommended for you to buy private proxies because they have fresh ip's so they won't be blocked by Instagram for previous usage or abuse.
However if you want to get a list of fastest working public proxies then please visit spinproxies(dot)com.
I cannot paste the link because I don't have the reps but if you have any use of public proxies then please check it.

After registering click on the contact page to send email with subject SP-BHW to get $5 discount on any purchase!

If you would really what you're doing, you wouldn't be asking what you're asking in the thread title. :)

Proxy response time has nothing to do with getting banned on any site.

As others already suggested, you need to make sure, that the proxies are suitable for the site you're using them for.
If you did that and still experience issues, you have 2 choices: (1) ask for replacement, most providers will allow this once per a 30 day period or you can (2) change provider.
