Today a friend of mine introduced me to this website/forum and i'm honestly quite surprised with how many useful things you can find here. Before i signed up i was lurking around and reading for at least 45min and finally decided to say hi!

My name is Johnny, i'm a 22yo amateur video editor. I own a fitness related youtube channel since 2015 which recently got demonetized due to some youtube policy changes. Currently it counts around 80k subs. Since i was not getting any $ from that anymore, i quickly created a website and decided to start with blogging, I'm learning as i go. I joined BHW because i believe that it holds a necessary internet marketing tools/tips/guides that can help me accomplish my goals. I'm looking forward to discovering new things here!

Thanks for reading!

If you have 80k YT subscribers you can promote a new channel and try and to get them onto that. Otherwise you can clean up the video issues and ask google to reconsider. Sort of depends what you did!

Yeah i thought about deleting the copyrighted videos or even making a new channel and then promoting it but youtube is tricky these days. If you don't own 100% of the content in your videos, you don't stand a chance on that platform cause sooner or later you'll get demonetized. Crediting the original owners for music/footage in the description is not enough anymore. I'll try my luck with website & fb instant articles this time but in the meantime upload at least once a month to my channel just in case they fix their shit.
