Please recomend the best possible strategy. I want to do this within 45 days. is that possible?
There are many factors involved when it comes to getting in to top three spots on Google. You need to have a proper on and off page seo done for your website. For ranking improvement, you can build some high quality links with a high quality write-up and publish them on niche relevant sites.
High authority bakclinks can also help in this project if you do it properly. Focus on getting good quality when you are buying backlinks for better improvement.
Will doing content optimization, changing url structure, heding tags optimization etc and web 2.0, articles, document sharing etc will help alone?
Nobody can give you the exact method or ways to get them ranked on top page. You need to do it and see it by yourself whether the changes had any effect on the ranking. I am not sure those are enough to reach the top, you need to analyse the competitors who are already ranking.
Check their backlink profile and try to build more links with quality contents to outrank them.
Yup, possible. Publish 5 quality articles with attractive titles in your niche on high DA websites. Follow diversified link strategy (SEO + Social Media).
Get 1 very strong link from a real (or real looking) website with your target keyword and see if that bumps you off page 2 and onto page 1. If your title tag does not have your kw then add it and see if that bumps you to page 1. avoid lower quality stuff when you are that close to the finish line.
The complete answer lies within your anchor profile, your onpage, what you have done...especially recently and what your competitors have and have done.
Heading tags are present but not optimized. There are multiple h1 and h5 tags on the homepage. Will optimizing them according to the hierarchy effect ranking? I do not want to loose rankings. Also noticed, all keyords are showing homepage in the rankings.
If the home page is designed for conversion of all keywords then that is fine.
I wouldn't go crazy on all the headings just yet, being you are position 11 but if you have a primary keyword that is very important for the home page then by all means make sure that kw is in the h1 and title tag in a way that reads well so your conversions are not effected negatively (hopefully at the very beginning of each). (this assumes that it is not in(the kw) the sidebar, the footer and 5 times in the content...basically at this point if you add the kw 2 x to accomplish my recommendation you may want to remove it 1 or 2 times from somewhere else on the page.
IMO it depends on your keyword competition and it's difficult to say that you are ranked within 45 days. Make sure that you have done a proper on-page SEO, Analyse your competitors, keep updating your site with high-quality unique articles, and build high-quality links from high authority sites.
Just check out your competition where look for domains, title tags, type of content that ranking and then build links with high quality content and an infographic to get an attention, use social media sites to share your posts,Keep tracking your site and build back links with high authority to boost ranking.
Thanks, I also refreshed the meta tags but it is pushing the site down? Why so?
the push may be a bounce so to speak. meta description should have little effect in google... perhaps remove any keywords from the description and or use lsi terms only.
any link juice or even onpage adjustments can make a site start to bounce around....usually down before it returns and often down up down up. I can always look at the site for you to see if I see any quick on page fix that I would be doing.
