Lets all .NET programmers get introduced with each other in this thread. I have 3 years of experience in .NET. Did some SEO projects in .NET for myself. Looking forward to see other .NET programmers in this thread and helping out others.

Barsha nice to know that there are .NET programmers on this forum as most of them are php programmers. I have done a couple of HTML scraping projects in .NET a couple of years ago. But now you can find tons of such programs at a very cheap price. Currently working with Yahoo and Google APIs.
Share your more black hat experiences with us.

I have more years of developing using Microsoft technologies than I care to count, starting with VB 3.0 and C++ 4.0. I'm only a mediocre web programmer (I'm not the best UI programmer) but have made a career writing enterprise grade Windows applications and services. Drop me a line if I can be a resource. -e-

I started with vb.net in uni about 4 years ago and made a few programs for private companies. Nothing out in the market though, mainly stock ordering systems, a few library systems and my biggest project was a database system that the business was built around. It had a diary management section, a customer database, graphics section for each customer, a user level access system and an automated mailing program, all set inside the same program, took me about 8 months to complete in total (after management kept changing their minds about content)

Wouldnt know where to start with BH methods in VB lol

Get the Visual Studio Express for free from here
    hXXp://www.microsoft.c0m/express/

and start playing with it. Google will be a very good source to learn .NET.

I have been doing .Net for 3 1/2 years (mix in a little VB6). VB6 to .Net ain't too bad, but once you go .Net, you don't want to go back.

If anyone cares, my 9 to 5 is spent working on the shittest designed websites ever (we outsource our design work to an award winning company). It pains me so much to work on this stuff, that is why I work on my own at home.

I'm a .NET developer. I have done Visual Studio 2003, 2005 and 2008, VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2000 and 2005, HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript. Let's work together to build some cool stuff. PM me if you want to crosstrain each other on different areas of .NET and build blackhat stuff.

I work as a .NET developer in my day job and have been using C# since around 2001, going all the way through Visual Studio.NET, VS 2003, VS 2005 and VS 2008. For personal web-based projects I tend to use PHP since like a lot of people I've got cPanel/PHP hosting.

Hello all, I am a aps.net developer. I have about 11 years experience in web development. I started in classic asp and have used the .net platform since it started.

I am in need of some really smart developers that have a good handle on the HTTPWebRequest and HTTPWebResponse classes. If you are out there, PM me.

I think there are things .Net and IIS can accomplish that php cannot. Lets talk.
