Hey noob and other who think IM is a hobby

    There are alot of new guys around since i took off sick and I come back and see all of these offers to have jvs and that's great.But when I contact for more details the guys act like the dont know what they are doing.Its more about not being able to write reports and business proposals.There are ways you will get people to take you seriously and instead of writing what has already been said I will put down some links to some threads that will help.Guy read them and learn better communication skills it will get you more work.

    excellent post. friends, it's important to have a plan of action, (complete with business plan and DETAILS), before you start trying to hire employees..
