    Hey everyone,

I have been reading up on the forum and researching IM from before I started university and I am just graduating with my marketing degree. I'm looking to get into IM marketing and willing to put in more then full time work hours (40+ hours a week) to make this work out.

With so much information though I'm a little confused as to where to start... Any advice or tips from all your experienced IM'ers here? :)

    Much appreciated!

Hi mate, best advise I can give you is read, read and some more. I think Napster has an open forum on Adsense & Seo which might be a good start. Cheers

Forget everything you have been taught in university.

    Not really useful mate.

And you should consider what you feel like doing, most people love IM since they love what they do. If you are good at writing and love it, then maybe start an authority site which requires content to be uploaded multiple times per week etc.

And there are so many guides on this forum that I won't start telling you how to do it, a little bit of initiative goes a long way in figuring that out.
