I've recently joined your forum, and I just wanted to say thank you to you all.
The kind of information you share here is amazing, I am very glad and happy to have found this forum and I feel like I am learning a lot.
Anyway, I don't know much about marketing or SEO or white hat/black hat methods, but just wanted to share a couple of websites I found somewhat useful and interesting to do some research at. I will post a few links about my minor discoveries, I don't know if anyone would find it anyhow valuable, but who knows lol
Also, would appreciate an advice for a newbie on where to start what to do and such. I know, I know choose a niche that you like and work around it, but since I've been here even for this short time I am kind of overwhelmed with information, so any advices and opinions on what you think is good to start with for a newbie these days would be appreciated.

Anyway, here are some websites I found while doing some research:

1. http://Xranks.com is a nice free tool and also http://a chrome extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/xranks/jplhhjlmfcpgfiffabapnhiliimhiopc that gives some nice insights about websites. I see lots of tools like that, but I don't often see ones that are free and have a real easy to use interface and friendly design. Here is a copy paste description from their extension for chrome, I can't describe it any better myself lol -
"See website traffic and key metrics for any website, including engagement rate, traffic ranking, keyword ranking and traffic source. The Xranks Browser Extension allows you to gain insights into any website’s statistics and strategy as you’re browsing, with the click of a button. The extension allows you to surf sites and find out all the information you need, all in one place."

2. https://w3snoop.com/ Another in my opinion nice website w3snoop. Quite similar to xranks, but I think it's good to have a few tools just in case. You can get info like rankings, visitors, revenue, seo analysis, hosting, registration, security, ip address, nameservers, dns, whois and so on. It's also free, but don't have an extension.

3. http://expireddomains.net I do understand that probably more than 90% of you know about this one, but still maybe someone new will find it helpful :) As you can say from the name it's a market place to purchase expired domains. It can be a good way to buy domains that already had some exposure, some back links and so on prices vary from as low as 2$ up to few thousands $, but from what I see can sometime get a really decent domain for quite cheap.

4. https://siterankdata.com/ another site with self-explanatory name, I can't say it's really good, but it's free and extremely simple, so why not :D

I will try and share some more free tools that I find, I hope someone can find a good way to use it.
Once again thank you for a great forum, I am happy to be here, and once I decide on my 'journey' I will update here for you all :D

Cheers.
