hetzner dedi top offer

hetzner.de is a fantastic and very cheap hoster in Germany, also available for foreign customers. for instance 50 euro for a very good equipped dedicated server with many features (e.g. Athlon XP dual core 5600, reimaging free of charge, resuce system, 2GB, 1000GBit, 2x400GB, misc class C IPs for some extra bucks, etc etc)

I really would like to buy it, but I am from Germany, so:

Does anybody, maybe also from Germany, have experience if it is possible
- to pay with a virtual visa card from entropay?
- to give them just a fake address and tell them ("I will move soon, can u deliver the bill etc by email...")
