I don't know why I started to read this thread(I thought it was a joke) and I feel like I'll waste my energy like some other members here but I feel obligated to do it anyway 
If all this is serious then looks is the last thing to worry about. Why don't you just go to the gym, work on your confidence and try to better yourself?

For you? You'll get a temporary boost and you'll still have low confidence and will find something else to not like about yourself. Just like @IGKing said.
For women? There are better things to spend your time and money on. Social status, money, success, social skills, intelligence, etc are far more important than just looks. Especially for men. If you are a confident badass with an interesting lifestyle and have some value to offer women will go after you.
Go train some combat sports - it'll give you the man energy that you need. Because you are talking like a weak-minded man(aka pussy) and that's your biggest problem.

And you shouldn't. You can use it to advertise yourself, but don't give it away out of kindness, don't cohabitate with random hoes as well, wrap up and dispose it properly to not get any surprises 9 months later. If you want to go the extra mile, park some assets in the name of your father (only if you trust him enough and there are no direct inheritance taxes), figure out where to incorporate to create another barrier for the rest of your stuff, keep financial information private so she doesn't even know how much to ask for, if she takes the legal path after a divorce. If the bulk of your money comes from your income, time to change that and pipe it through a corporation for tax, privacy and relationship safety reasons.
Women should be attracted to what you can do for them, if the need arrives, to alleviate the danger that the future holds, not to the act of giving them money bill by bill to be spent on bullshit. This goes double, if she has own job and own money, then there is absolutely no need to give her any money for own spending at all. Use it to attract attention but don't give it straight away. They can tag along on your adventures, but that's it, no allowance/expensive gifts unless there's 30 years age gap and you are a fat slob - you'll need to shell out then haha.
Again this all assumes you are actually going to take some action and take control of your life and not just cry or lol about plastic surgery (that will not work btw., remember surgeons can't even make 100% of fake tits look good and you want to risk your face).

Id say it is "normie" to put blind trust into some unethical surgeon that was prepared to take your money and promised an excellent service. Like in every field, 80:20 rule applies, most "professionals" are just bad and if you go to some tube sites to check out the fake tiddies, you'll see that they look like a butchers job most of the time. That's how your face will look after you go to one of these hacks. Or you plan to grow facial hair to hid the scars?
