    Take a look: https://www.youtube.com/user/CountrySongTeacher/videos

He provides value to customers and then leaves them hanging at the end of most videos by offering to teach a bit more extra in one of his DVDs.

Every couple days, he uploads a new song for us to learn to play. I might grab his DVD just because of how much he has helped me already.

How much he's making is hard to say. All he said is he is paying for his newborn from DVD sales alone, so likely more than 90% of this forum's members.

This is the long term, sustainability that whitehat methods get.

    Great guy, great approach.

There are many guys like him all over YT. Nothing special about this one.

Although the views are probably 100% organic, they are not very impressive. Probably because the videos serve as a sales pitch.
    Look at this guy: https://www.youtube.com/user/Lypur/videos
No selling, no email list just simple help and value. And the numbers speak for themself. Both views and subscribers.

Nothing is special is right. Don't understand why people still complain about not making just a few dollars a day.

As for your link: Not bad. Looks like he's teaching to a broke demographic -- students.

"Broke demographic - students" made me LOL really hard for some reason.

On that note it would be interesting to find out how they got their initial views was it all organic or they jumpstarted with a bit of fakes and then let the search engine get them more organic and they left fake views.

The whitehat approach has the long term benefits and videos won't get deleted.
