I scratch my head every day as to why they don't convert.

Ads are all placed in posts and home page header... (Adult theme)

That's looks really bad, did you tried with any other network? try with a normal email popup+something free and see if people even want to fill the details or not
 
Is that crak revenue? They don't convert for shit. Also, adult cpa is for small money for third worlders. In adult you are better off finding the best paysite in your niche and push revshare, along with cams on revshare. That's the only way to make any money, and it still won't be much but more than CPA.
 
I am more than sure you have bad targeting or something like that anyway with that balance sheet or simply selected wrong offer for all the hard work, care to share something more ? They do convert but together networks is much much better anyway.
 
You are probably not as professional as you may think, or people can simply be depleted. I mean by that traffic source everyone who already wanted - do registered and that's really it no matter how do you put it. So please make it that way.
 
I think you should target your desired customer first, then you should decorate your portfolio according to it then you should manage your traffic and start earning. its actually very simple and a matter of hard work.
