If it is the right kind of nonprofit, you could apply for the Google Grants program and receive $10k/mo in AdWords credits. Not sure if that program extends to Europe.

Yes, the Google Grants Program extends to Europe. I'm not sure where the nonprofit is located exactly (I'm going to assume NewCastle), but here is a link to the Google Grants Program page for the UK (you can get to the other page by changing the language at the bottom of the page):
