Hello

1: Can you please elaborate this message ? Does it mean if ads is still showing I won't get money from it but it's up to real owner if he's willing to earn via my video?

2: Actually it is some girls singing justing bieber's song "Baby" and my video gone viral but after few days I got strike from this company

Thank you

You have the rights to monetize music covers on youtube. Nirvanadigital2 network is known for some fake copyright claims, you should appeal it I think.

1. The video will not be deleted but the content owner will receive money from the ads, not you anymore.
2. If you do a cover of a song, the ads money will go to it owner, not you.

Thank you

This is first time i saw the message like this from youtube.

I didn't even know this is possible. How will they find the right owner to give him money lol

Actually, you only have the right to do covers on YT if you have paid for the clearance to do so. Harry Fox agency, blah, blah, blah. It's just that most people don't... which is why notices like these exist. It's very simple. Whoever actually wrote the song owns the copyright. Public performance of that song (as YT play is considered) requires compensation to whoever owns those original rights. Whether the rights holder allows you to monetize that video or not is purely their call. You could do so without it being their call since the original is already released, but only by securing rights for the performance of their song. I'm assuming by the tone of the question that you have not secured licensing to do so. They don't have to find the owner. The owner has already been ID'd. Labels in many cases don't bother cracking down on covers since they realize the covers help them, but technically, they are supposed to be compensated. This is the main reason Harry Fox agency exists.

Short version: Yes, they have the right to take all monetization unless you can prove you compensated them via licensing for the cover. Very few people on YT seem to understand this.
