help with youtube removing videos

hi,i need some urgent help.i have uploaded a couple of videos.
Videos which can be considered more "inappropriate" are not removed but videos which are simple and have more views are getting banned.is there any solution?

i ahve 56k connection so you can understand my pain of uploading videos

There is one user who is giving my videos a great ranking.it seems fishy as he is also posting same comment on all my videos.i suspect some bad intentions.

Your videos must be very insane to stay in youtube. This ugy must be spamming something in your comments, if so, just do not pay attention to him. It is like a roulette, some bad videos can live long while not very bad are removed pretty soon, it depends on luck I guess. I have a lot of rather bad videos living there long time. But douing this with a 56k is a real pain in the ass. Buy VPS, upload there all your videos and then upload them to youitube from VPS.
