Help with what to do with empty domain

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone could help me with the following query.

I have an empty domain and was wondering whether it would be possible to use it as a redirect, that is through an affiliate link to a merchant site and include some kind of cookie stuffing?

I have cloaking software; therefore, I can create a switch file (.htm) however, I'm unsure of how to do the cookie stuffing part and would greatly appreciate some advise and/or tips.

No using 301 redirect and capturing people with cookie stuffing...
