    Hello mates!

First of all, as I always say, sorry for my rusty English. I hope you understand everything. Second, I am looking forward the time when I can give back all the knowledge that BHW has given me (although, quoting Newton: What I know is a drop, what I ignore is an ocean). Before of that, I need your advice once more.

Ok, let's move on. Imagine that I know that a few NEW musicians (not famous and without fans at the moment) are going to release a CD in a couple of months (it is not exactly like this nor this niche, but I guess that this example will work). When I search in google for, for instance, "The Lord Of The Keywords by Peter Blablason", or something like that, it turns out that there are 600 results in Google and none of them are optimized for SEO. So, it would be very easy to rank one in Google. Then, in Keyword Planner, I see that there are only 100 searches for this term every month. Summing up, no competition but no searches.

My question is... Would it be useful in anyway to write a page/blog about these discs/musicians even if there are no searches at the moment, just to rank high? Maybe I can do this question in other way:
    • Situation one (I would say, the likely situation) these musicians will never be famous, so they still have 100 searches at month forever. Same question: Would it be useful in anyway to write a page/blog about these discs/musicians...? Maybe to create backlinks?
    • Situation two: the opposite. They become famous, so a lot of people start searching about them but also, a lot of good websites start writing about them. Same question than before.

Until today I had been only focused in Twitter stuff, so I am very new in SEO and, even if I have read guides/posts in BHW, I can't give an answer to my questions. Sorry if they are stupid!

Thank you very much for reading it!

This is pretty much what the launch-jackers (or whatever it was called) are doing. Sometimes the "band" will get popular, sometimes it won't. Also you can expect that when they do get popular, other SEOs with experience will come to compete with you. There is a lot on the subject of product-launch-jacking (I just can't remember the correct term right now lol), so check it out it might help you.

    Good luck

    • Thanks Thanks x 1

I didn't know that term, so I am going to search for it :). About competition, this is one of the things I am afraid of. Of course, if I never test this, I will never know.
    Thank you for your answer!
