The application I am filling seems to be for US people only while there was option to select other countries too. It says that I need to apply separately for international Amazon Associates program. What does this mean exactly?

Secondly, it says my application will only be reviewed after I send my first referral. So unless the first traffic starts coming in, my application won't be reviewed? Or does it mean something else?

Thirdly, its asking for sites where I will be displaying ads. I currently have no sites and I am yet to make my first Amazon site. So what should I do? Should I create a site (with all content) first before I apply for Amazon affiliate account?

    Thanks!

So someone who is just starting out with Amazon shouldn't worry about other countries at the moment, right?

I would just go for the US Amazon from the beginning. At least for me the conversion rates for all other Amazons suck big time.

Is it possible to see all earnings on one account (for example us), something like combined report?
Is it possible to receve money from all accounts at one (payoneer) credit card?
    Thanks

@KishoSRB I think these options are not available. @Op If you are just starting Go with USA amazon only with high US searches keywords.

    1) Which free tool can I use to find out Amazon searches? Or do people use Adwords KW tool for this as well?
    2) If you are going to follow meathead1234's Amazon method, do you still need to care about searches?

    1) Google keyword planners works good as free option.
    2) With meathead Method you need not to worry much about searches if you know what you are doing. But if you do some keyword research before going with meathead method it will be great. I would start out with Amazon.com or if you live in one of the countries with their own program then sign up to that too. I think I have signed up to them all (except India as I don't think it is open worldwide) but I only really concentrate on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk

You have to sign into the separate dashboards unfortunately as they are totally separate. I receive Amazon.com income onto my Payoneer card but Bank Transfer/cheque and Gift Certificates for others
