    Hi all,
I do have a wp site, which has a total of 3 articles on it. The thing is my webhost went down and haven't got any response from them (it's been 3 days now, So i'm thinking they have scammed). Unfortunately I didn't get to back up my site and now I'm wondering if I can remake my site on another webhost.

I've built BL and my site has around 200 BL overall. Also it is on the first page of G with my keyword.

Main question: Can I remake my site, and still be able to have those backlinks and maintain it's ranking? Or will I be starting from zero?

    Any help/advice?

    Thanks,
    Kazuma

Well yea, your links point to your domain not your host (if that is what you mean). If you have the 3 articles saved just install wp on the new host and set it up again. Point your domain at the new site/host. Should take more than an hour (at a slow pace) to put everything back - the site is tiny.

Just make sure your page slugs are exactly the same or any deep links maybe lost.

You need to remake it exactly the same. Backlinks will still count to it.

Have you tried accessing your server with FTP? You may be able to get access that way.

Just do it! And do it fast before any harm is done! I've had a website down for 3 days and it messed up a lot some keywords...

Thank you for all the responses, at least this gave me hope that I'll still be able to have those backlinks (and maintain the ranking).

I can't access ftp, it won't let me through, so now rebuilding my site, just making sure to be exactly like it was.

Get the content back from google's cached copy and take it from there.

    Yeah, that's what I did.
Now my site is rebuilt and back online :)
I just have to make sure to make backups regularly.

just get a new host, change your nameservers and re-do the site. make sure the urls are exactly the same and your backlinks will be fine
