HELP WITH HOW TO ACCESS THE INTERNET FREE

Hello everyone,
I'm very new to this great platform. To be blunt honest, this is the best place I have ever been online. And I'm really lucky to be on here.

However, as regards my thread, the part of the world where I post from, I pay more than I get through data charges by network subscribers here. I'm actually looking to make money in the internet and this requires me being online 24/7 , but charges incured are way too discouraging. Well, I don't make much money online maybe that's why I'm complaining lol

So, could anyone suggest me how to go about it please?
