Help with godaddy please?

I'm trying to set up my godaddy accounts with BHar but can't get it to work for some reason (doesn't work with EZar either).
I tried using smtpout.secureserver.net as the host, and port 80, no ssl.

Anyone know whats wrong, and if its possible for me to fix this issue?
