Help with domain name prob

Hi

I have won a domain name in the dynadot auction,

I have paid for the domain name and it is now in my dynadot account,

The whois status still says Pending Renewal or Deletion status ,Do I legally own this domain name now though as i have paid for the domain name and it is in my account but they say the whois wont change until the 22nd of november, i thought it was like max 24 hours
