Help With creating Landing page for cpa grip on website

i plan on doing my first giveaway via instagram and my facebook page

using CPAgrip

id like to make a page on my already made ecommerce website for the giveaway (using cpa grips offer)
directing my followers from Instagram and Facebook to the created page

my main question is how do i go about doing that

do i copy paste the code and just leave a url on the page to my cpagrip survey? <----- dont look to nice and prob wont convert

is there a plugin where they can complete the cpa grip offer directly from my website?
whats the best way to go about this
