Help with buying/renting Google ads and Facebook accounts

We will run a WH for weight loss products with safe landers, but we need to buy or rent a verified Google Ads account and one for Facebook (profile, account, BM), both with payment methods.

I am new to all of this, and I need help on what to look at to avoid scammers and get good accounts.

Do I need a VPN or Proxy to use these accounts? Do they need to be verified and registered in the market we target: USA?
What else do I need to start with this?

Read and find out a lot more before you buy, because then you run the risk of being ripped off. Don't buy anything before you've checked it out, and don't be fooled by agency accounts: if you don't know how to use the basics, it won't be any more solid than the rest.
