    hello,

i noticed the last week that have been indexed more than 1000 backlinks for one of my domain name from a competitor.
The man has posted and indexed my domain with an achor text in blogs with this after url 52345XXXX (where xxxx different number per blog post).

The result from this was to lose 5 positions from my rank for the selected ancor text.

Can you help me on how to be safe.

Did you actually get a warning from Google, or your rankings simply dropped? You may just be doing the google dance if you didn't get a warning. After all, the effect of 1,000 links is relative to the number that you already have. Try diluting it with high quality links, and keep building them to protect yourself from further attacks.
