Okay so I finally figured out scrapebox, but I still have some general questions.
DO FOLLOW links are what I want, and pretty much all I want right?

DO FOLLOW with a good PR is great, but what if the site is heavily spammed?

If I get a DO FOLLOW blog and say all the posts are PR 3 if I individually comment on all those posts will they all count as separate backlinks?

It's always good to have a mixture of do-follow/no-follow backlinks pointing to your site. It looks more natural to Search Engines.

If you find do-follow high PR pages which is heavily spammed, scrape all the pages from that site. You can still find pages with less Outbound links(OBL)
