Help with a template/script

I wanna do something similar to what this site is providing:

Basically, I want to provide pink noise to people, but I'm wondering if anyone knows a good way to approach this. I have little to no experience in html and such.

Does anyone know how they were able to make that little piece of flash that plays the pink noise. Anyway I can make this?

Perhaps someone knows of a template I can use that is similar, but not the same, to the one they're using?
