Help with 2 domain names

I need a domain name for my new site. I got two names in my mind that I liked. EMDs are available for both.

Example:-

Name 1: good blackhat world
Name 2: nice blackhat world

Now I checked with Adwords keyword tool.

Name 1 has 210 exact local searches, 320 global monthly searches and high competition.
Name 2 comes back with - under global monthly searches, local monthly searches and competition.

EMDS are available for both goodblackhatworld.com and niceblackhatworld.com.

Let's say I already purchased Name 2 before I checked with Adwords keyword tool. So what should I do? Is it fine? Or should I register Name 1?
