Not being funny mate but it isn't massively useful anymore. It is only useful as a scuttle finder/regger and poster. The main bookmarking sites dont work with it anymore.
Also there are no end of guides out there on how to use it. The manual is a good place to start if you really can't figure out how to use it.
I would suggest just trying it out, its a very simple program to use really, Im sure pretty much anyone could figure out how to use it without any help.
