Tell her in a very polite manner to piss off ;)

Simple, she isn't your customer; she got a product from you and by the looks of it had no intention of paying and so she isn't of your concern. You've refunded and thus you don't need to offer any support whatsoever.

LOL! Yes!

I wasn't pissed when I saw that! I was laughing hysterically out of disbelief!!

And to be frank, I have SOLVED the issue.

I felt like replying her like...
"Hi, I have resolved the issue but unfortunately I couldn't assist you any further since you have made a refund"

But she already has a taste of getting refunds... I scared she might do a chargeback later.

so guys, what should I do?

Should I reply her with this message?

"Hi, I have resolved the issue but unfortunately I couldn't assist you any further since you have made a refund"

Or should i tell her politely to piss off?

Or should I just ignore?

put the bitch on iggy and be done with it. if shes no longer a paying customer then its time to move on. or you could always tell her to fuck off since theres really nothing she can do about it.
edit...
make damn sure you have the money "for sure" before you tell her to fuck off.

Thanks evilman.

Yes, I just e-mailed her and said that i have solved the problem after consulting "several professional staffs" and told her that I wouldn't be assisting her any further unless she buys the product again.

That's exactly what I would have said.

Something along the lines of "Sorry, but I am very busy at the moment tending to enquiries from PAYING CUSTOMERS. If you would like support, pay up bitch. Yours sincerely..."

:D

Guess what? She just replied my e-mail and said:

"Thank you for the refund. Do you have this issue before?"

That just mean one thing - she made a refund but continues to keep the ebook.

May I know what are the DMCA laws for this? I just wanna issue a "warning" to her.

ill have to be quite honest with you, this could have been one post, not 2. but, i deal with asshole customers all day long and come home to a crappy girlfriend. to substitute i deal with BH the rest of the time and deprive myself of sleep just to escape it all. so good luck, basically tell her to find someone else to scam because she basically got the ebook for free and the CB product. probably just playin you
:bubblegum:aikido:

Thanks Cyrus!

Yeah, I'm ignoring her now... if she ever e-mails me again I'm gonna tell her to go fuck herself.

her father left home when she was 4
she's just looking for attention
sitting there with her windows 7 dell alienware I bet
giggling her silly little ass off

I hope you don't sell any other products she's interested in

Give her a free trial (of every kind of PPI junk you can come up with) as a reward for her continued interest :D

More seriously, sometimes I get idiots trying to get support from me (for a hardgood product) when they have never even bought anything to begin with. My response is basically "sorry, but we only offer support to customers."

I try to make it sound canned so they don't bother writing back. I figure if they think a "real human" is on the other end, they'll keep bugging me, so I really go for that I Didn't Really Even Read Your Email effect.
