Lmao the site itself looks so bad...
^ This. It's exactly what I meant when I said: "Don't fall for the feedback score BS". IKNOW FOR A FACT that some sellers there end up buying their own website (using another account obviously who got stuck as the last bidder)? They then dispute the sale saying that the "seller didn't want the website anymore".
Don't be surprised if you see the same website listed in a couple of weeks.
PS: having the auction ended means 2 things:
1- It was a scam and the seller didn't found anyone.
2- It was a scam and someone got scammed.
Anyway, hopefully, no one got scammed here. Please note that all my assumptions were pure speculations over what I know it's going on Flippa and using only the data you provided. To know more about how the Flippa's system works, I invite you to check the famous thread about them here: "So you THOUGHT Flippa was shady" It's from a member who used to have personal deals with them.
Thanks everyone Ill stick to empire flippers from now on i think
The biggest scam that these sites now use is fake sales and say that they will deliver to you an outside marketer.
Do not trust this or ask for proof of the CTR or something similar.
I have purchased sites like this and the email marketer is always fake.
The marketing is the key to any site.
anyone can make these sites. It is how you market them that is significant.
The value is in the marketing. And if the marketing is fake, the sale is a scam.
95% of Flippa listings are scams but Flippa don't care cause they are making money from their listings lol
