vCommission, an Indian based CPA company supposedly sent me a check in January, that was good for 6 months after the date.
Fast forward to now, over 6 months later, they are refusing to send me a PayPal payment, or any time of payment for that matter because:
"We cannot issue you another payment until its 6 months completed to the check we sent you as we are not sure if the check has really been lost. So as a precaution to save"
Yet, no where in their T.O.S. does it state they have the right to do so.
Additionally, no where in their T.O.S. does it state that they have the right to void payments after 6 months of the initial issuant of that payment.
-------------------------------
So, I need help fighting to get my payment. They are claiming the check sent over 6 months ago, was in fact issued less than 6 months ago; so I need to "wait at least 6 months from the date the payment was issued".
WTF should I do?
