i think majestic seo is only way to go.

If I'm not mistaken, the CF/TF metric is proprietary to Majestic, so you won't find it elsewhere.

Netpeak Checker does the job well. However, you'll need shittons of free accounts and proxies. However, I had a friend make me a bot for creating free MajesticSEO accounts en masse. If you're interested PM me and I'll put you in touch with him, it's pretty cheap.
