A height and width value of "1" means it's a tiny image, probably an icon. How can that possibly make your site slower? Why do you think that image is the culprit?

To locate the image, use the search function in your cPanel's file manager or look in the wp-content folder of the site.

If the orginal gif is 1000 x 1000 px, and is displayed as 1x1 then that will make your site really slower.

In this case, I do think the image is larger than 1 x 1 but is being resized just using the html. (The orginal image is being downloaded, but is seen as 1 x 1).

    Just clarifying!

Check your .htaccess or apache config, it kinda looks like it's a hidden shell
