Alright, I actually compiled weeks of research, personal experience, and my work into an ebook several years back.
I used some of the content in my websites to get traffic.

Of course, when I saw Amazon KDP I wanted to try it out and sent my ebook for review.

Unfortunately, KDP told me my content is "widely available on the internet".
I did a search and sure enough, there were 3 websites. 2 of them is mine and I already took down them (waiting for Google to update its cache).
Then I saw one bloody fucking website.. it bloody just copy and paste whatever my content into his MFA website.

No contact email address was left. So I have to do a WHOIS check and email him, and even emailed goDaddy.com.

Is there anything else I can do?
Damn, I wouldn't mind if this S.O.B. did a spin of my content. But NO! He copied every bloody word.

Simple: Send a DMCA notice to both Google and the web hosting company. They will take it down.

    Dayum....

Write to him and tell him if he doesn't change the content...you will file a case with Google. I believe in their help department for SEO, they have ppl who monitor this stuff.

or what about getting him to backlink for your info.
