    Hi all,

I am having a little bit of problem here.

I operate a eCommerce site and I have a small portion customers calling me that their anti-virus/web-safety program is blocking my site - something like how my site is insecure and crap like that.
I am using Mcafee myself and I havent encountered such issue. I also have SSL setup on my checkout process.

So I am wondering what could be the issue? Is there some sort of service that allow me to check which program is having issues with my site?
I really dont want to go out and buy all security software then do manual testing. This will be super time consuming and waste of money.

I am pretty confident my site is clean. There must be something wrong here.

Please advise. Thank you very much.

Most likely to do with SSL certificate, but I'm not really experienced enough to say. I know my Firefox warns me that the certificate might not be valid.

    What browser are you using?
Trying buying something from your site on firefox/ie/chrome/etc see if any warnings pop up for you.

Most likely SSL Certificate. Firefox produces the worst type of warning in that case, start from it. :)
