I would like to personall thank Mr. Lazy Pig. A noob has to start somewhere to learn the basics and I thought his straight-forward approach was what I needed to make my first big bucks on the net.

So heres what I did in a nutshell after a couple weeks of reading.. its not much, but I felt like its a more hands-on thing more than anything, so off I went!

More info for noobs like me on the forum

So basically, you target a niche.. but I kind of went with the whole `twilight` phase and I consider that as my downfall. My key words being twilight, new moon and reviews, thus, I got a domain just like that by combining the keywords together. Should`ve been smarter about this..

I contacted copeac for cpa network, and got accepted almost instantly because they were promoting stuff on that movie. So for those that have hard time getting in cpa, a good way is to target something that is comming up, tell them exactly how you will market it, and should be no problem at all. Imo, copeac has some good ads, but I wasnt getting us traffic and most of those ads were us based... so had some troubles there.

I made some youtube videos and got some traffic to the site. The first offer was an entertainment package, lots of info need, you need to scrap that like Mr. Lazy Pig said, just get the email/zip/mobile offers, they are simpler and much more welcoming.

My problem is that its been on for nine days now and i have around 203 visits with 5521 hits. But yet no conversion for my left and right (please do refer to Mr.Lazy Pigs' videos, they are unreal and will get you going the right direction).

My site is twilight new moonreviews ( dot) com, please do give me some advice on how to bring some bacon in, i've done the setting robots to '0', some backlinking with blogs from blogger/wordpress... and now flipping the site is my main concern as I am generating nothing.... i think its failed but the experiences... wow.. more than I can imagine!

Thank you to everyone in advance! Have a good day!
Thanks again Lazy Pig cant thank you enough!

Cheers, watch me on the NHL to haha

Did a bit of checking on your site and your youtube channel.

    1) You have less than 10 back links to your site. Get more backlinks?
    2) The poll is not done properly. The yes/no looks like a graphic banner rather than a link.
    3) There isn't any review on your review site. :)
    4) There's no incentive to vote, font is too hard to see.
    5) It would be better to condense your review and poll in your first post rather than having 4 posts. You can have less important content on the bottom.
    6) You could scrape reviews and then have the poll after every review asking "Did you agree with the review?"
    7) Your youtube videos don't have a link within the description. Also they're just ads that don't offer anything to the viewers.

You probably want to look at the site I built and replicating more in terms of concept.

Finally, I would suggest you go this route:

    1) Create a true but horrible review of the movie.
    2) Post your negative review on movie forums/blogs (Create controversy).
    3) Have the poll, "Did you agree with my review?"

Just imagine the traffic you'll be getting from fangirls/boys, who would be inclined to show their disapproval by voting in your poll. :)

i tried the lazy pig slaughterhouse also..thanks man for the info. my problem was that my site took forever to be indexed. The funny thing is i did get a conversion from either the youtube or yahoo answers traffic..in all i only had like 300 visitors and 70 clicks on my left.. i think if i was able to index faster then i would of seen better results..
Right now my problem is that i either need to find ways to index faster or find trends that last more than a week or 2
