I have almost 1 million fashion Instagram followers and thinking about how to monetize ... Should I build a fashion Affiliate shopping site or dropshipping site? Please advice.. thanks!

Affiliate can be less effort in sales and contact managment but less revenue than dropshipping in my experience.

Dropshipping would evidently be much more profitable, but would probably require more work.
I would go with dropshipping.
