    Hi guys,

I am trying to make some Bucks for a personal problem that I have but I am my way to solve it.

Getting to the point: I have a good opportunity, a friends of mine owns her in Spain a Motorbikes retailstore but is not listed in Ebay. I want to set up an Ebay store for him. However, first of all is there a fast way of doing it using any software (Spanish)? and secondly what would you charge for this service? and how would you charge? Let me explain should I charge him for a single fee for every item posted? Should I charge him the whole store including the posting of the bikes, gears like helmets, suits, etc...? and let him then manage is own store? or Should I manage it for him charging commisions on sales?

I know that many of you guys have a lot of experience on Ebay, I don´t!

Any help would be greatly appreciated on how this business could be handled in a professional way.

    Thanks for responses

A few questions and then maybe I can help you:

    (1) Are you going to market to Europe, USA or internationally?

    (2) Are the products already available in the USA?

    (3) Are you going to be on eBay USA or eBay.es?

I'll have more questions later but these will get us started!

Agreed, this would be the best way to go, but if he needs cash for a personal problem, I'm assuming he needs quick cash.

A lot of companies charge a hourly or flat rate depending on the work and a maintenance fee (usually monthly). It's up to you how you want to do it. Commission might not be the way to go unless they sell popular products.

For scripts you can try something like OSCommerce. They have Spanish language packs and there are tons of ways to customize it.

Here are a few examples in Spanish so you can see that it's very customizable:

    Code:
    http://www.ecociguena.com/
    http://merchanmusic.com/
    http://www.clubcocina.net/tienda/
    http://www.specialpadel.es/
