Help reaching out for a "subathon" on Twitch

As you can see im new here. I started streaming on Twitch years ago but never consistently,just did it so that a couple of friends would see what I'm playing. But now that I have a proper PC and a decent set up, I still strea, but dont really push the Twitch page as much, mostly because I dont really know how. I do have a TikTok set up where I post clips, but that is also something I do for fun. Suddenly I just had the urge to plan out my first stream: playing RedDeadRedemption2 for up to 12 hours.My friend suggested I should do some sort of a subathon.But my views are not that great, and from 33 followers, only 3-4 will join my streams.This is a big change to what I usually do on the platform so I would appreciate it if I could get some tips, for example is multistreaming worth it, any other blackhat/whitehat(preferably whitehat) methods of gaining an audience. I would

• Continue posting clips on TikTok
• Post the same clips on instagram reels and youtube shorts
• Post clips on related subreddits
• Find 1-2 games that you niche down on and build an audience around
• Talk to other streamers and stream together, help each other grow

Thats what I can think of just on the top of my head, you can do a lot more but start with this.
