(Help) Png to template on wordpress. Pretty please!

Hi guys. So, being able to work pretty good with photoshop, i ve created myself something for the packages design.

Now, i started and did everything without thinking, how am i gonna use it in wordpress...



Now, i m working with elementor pro so it'd be easy to insert image and pam, have it.
What i am trying to do, is actually not overload my website with a 400kb Image (Compressed)
What on earth am i supposed to do? Please help!
This would be in the pricing section, packages (obviously).

It's an image - need help turning it into a template.

Add a 4cloumn row, build the elements however you like them and give the row a special class. Target font sizings etc via that classifier in css.

You can scale down images in Wordpress itself, or find a plugin doing that fitting your needs. A simple search will show you plenty of options.
