There are 200 page URLs but only 1 has been indexed. After numerous crawls it does not appear Google is going to index these additional detail pages. I have tried launching on a different domain. This method worked well for me before. All pages have spun content. Index pages has 8 links going to 8 pages that contain more spun content and about 15-20 links each page. How can i index these pages?

    Check your sitemap
Check you do not have noindex tags in the code

Otherwise, it is likely google is not indexing those pages because it is flagging it as duplicate content (sounds like it if they are badly spun).

as above peoples said check your sitemap , if your using a nulled theme check the canonical tags are note fucked (i had this problem before) plus check your webmaster tool --> manual action just to make sure your not hit with a manual penalty

Always see if your using a clean content, clean driving way on the site. If Google cant crawl it than its obvious why they cant index it also.

How long did you wait? 1 day for new domain is practically impossible. Again, did your domain get penalized? How about pages having less than X amount of content? At best, you place a noindex code :x

I second the penalization idea, depending on what your spun content looked like, it may have ended up badly.
