Here is how my resolution center looksScreenshot_8.png As you see i have provided them my document[FAKE] and When I click the second step to resolve it i get into this page Screenshot_9.jpg And when I try to contact them using emails they don't answer .

What Should I Do

Anyone of you got into this problem like this . It's PP USA

Honestly, USA PayPals's aren't worth it. Unless you want to provide your actual documents, it's too much of a hassle.

I just use a VCC on a Singaporean PayPal, and it's lasted me for years. I don't use it for any large amounts though, so if you need gigantic transfers on a regular basis, then I don't really know.

With a good dedicated VPN, you can open and use a PayPal account for years in any country as long as you don't receive suspiciously large sums of money. According to the screenshot, you haven't completed 1 out of 2 steps. They are still waiting for your response regarding the payment information.

They are really helpful over phone. I found them Over Phone really Good.
They will ask you detail about your Paypal : Address & Phone Number, Etc.
You should tell them confidently.

I'm actually from the U.S so I don't think it's an IP issue. I have literally received $50 once from a single payment and they locked my account the day after. I never bothered to use my real identification stuff though, I don't really want to give all of that to PayPal.

I'm not sure why OP only has two verifications though, I checked my US account a few months ago and I needed six at the time.

This has been my experience, too.

I had a payment that kept failing, and my card issuer told me it was PayPal because they weren't even seeing the attempted transaction - so I called PayPal, and told them what the card issuer had told me, and the guy at PayPal told me that's completely untrue, and that it was the bank rejecting the transaction.

The good part: the PayPal guy offered to have a conference call with me and the bank so that we could shut down their excuses and get some actual traction on the matter. So we did, and got escalated to someone in the bank who knew what they were talking about.

Had he not done that, the bank CSR would have continued to lie to me, just to get me off the phone.
Nice guy, that PayPal guy.

I had to verify everything , sent them all my details but good thing I never had any problems with them since 2 years ago

SecondEye is great in paypal matters on BHW, ask him to resolve your issue, I am sure he will have something new for you :)
