[HELP] PAYPAL account Limited

    Hi, I need some urgent advice from members, PAYPAL imposed limitation (I cannot withdraw funds) on my legit verified account, reason is I have to provide proof of delivery, actually I created video for someone and delivered to buyer in email, and he is happy with video, but he wrote a note in transaction 'I am sending this money for the delivery of video'

    PayPal thinks that it was some kind of physical product so they need proof of delivery and invoices.

    Amount I received from that buyer was $75, I had asked buyer to send me email that he had received video satisfactorily against PayPal transaction ID, I need to withdraw funds from PayPal account as other than $75 I have fiverr earnings in that account too

    Kindly advice what should I do to remove this limitation ASAP

    call paypal as this is vitual good and send the detail screenshot of your email conversation, you might get normal..

    or send to the buyer address a letter with tracking code (with the video on a dvd)
    and send the proof to paypal

    I had this a few weeks back, I run an online business where all goods are virtual so I don't collect addresses as nothing needs to be delivered. All I did was call PayPal and told each employee I talked to my situation, I kept getting transferred higher and higher until I got to a woman that looked into my account and restored it.

    You'd be very unlucky if they didn't restore. You should be ok.

    calling PayPal is the fastest way to go around this. You can also send them an email requesting for them to call you if you are concerned about phone expenses but this might be turned down or they will just ask your query via long email conversations back and forth. If you are not in a hurry, they will eventually lift the limitations if there is no issue to be resolved. I am not currently updated on how long it takes for disputes to be filed but waiting is very agonizing and unsettling. Best advice, call them. Good luck.
    btw is this your first sale and what did your customer's PayPal got affected as well?

    in paypal u can get easily screwed like in this case

    i dont think so much you can do just forget that transaction and get over with it
